Kimber TLE whats the word on this great looking gun

I can't decide on a TLE or the eclipse ......

I went through the same debate but got the TLE only because of the finish. I saw a buddy's eclipse pro and the black finish was scratched up and he said the black is quite easy to scratch (easier than he thought it should be).

I bought a TLE II almost three years ago as a carry gun. It's never been reliable enough for that. It's a nice range gun though.

Kimber tech support does not recommend Gold Dots, HST or Ranger T ammo for good reliability.

I was very disappointed with the finish, it started to show holster wear within a week although that week was in a cheap kydex holster.
