Kimber Ultra Disassembly

I bought a Kimber Ultra. I have followed the disassembly instruction using the special tool and have released the slide. It says to push the slide stop out from the right side. It does not push out. Do I need to pry it out from the left side? I would think it should push out from the right side if I push with a hard surface.

If its hard to start the slide stop out, make sure you're alinging the the notch in the slide with the slide lock tang. You may try pressing the rounded end of the slide stop on the RH side against the plastic end of a screw driver if it is still a little hard to get started out. If you use a tool to pry the slide stop the rest of the way out, be careful not to mar the finish.
