Windlass cutlery has a "so so" reputation, don't buy their swords, which have been known to break. Since this probably has a full tang, it'll probably serve as a decent fighter.
Can you handle it or is this an online purchase? For something like that, it'd be best to hold it and swing it to see if anything is loose or out of balance.
