Knife question.

Ok I have various knives of various makes. I usually prefer lockback knives, as I have had a regular pocket knife close on my finger before. What I want to know, does anyone make a "trapper," "stockman," type of knife with a lock blade. Preferably with an easily sharpened blade. I prefer this type and size of knife for skinning small game. Any suggestions appreciated, Thanks.

You may want to consider a fixed blade for your purpose. There are many options, production and custom.

Find an old Schrade old timer 194ot.

Try looking at a Kershaw Double Cross Two blades both lock back and slim in your pocket. The Buck ECCO also comes to mind.
