Get a Kershaw....in fact get a Kershaw from me....an S30V blur sounds like it might be something you'd like.

I rotate between a Benchmade Doug Ritter model Griptillian, Spyderco Waved Endura and Kershaw Random Leek. All great knives. Most of the higher end knives these days use S30V steel.
