Haven't been able to find many options for an OWB leather holster for my Ruger. Any suggestions?

My primary carry is a P345D carried OWB. I have a bunch of holsters, and have definately done the research on what is available. What price range are you looking at ? I'm sure I could easily help you find something appropriate in that range.

Under $75 bucks would be preferred as I don't carry the pistol alot. I have a tactical style fabric holster that I use when backpacking in the summer as it hangs low and keeps the gun below the pack hip belt, but was looking for a decent leather belt style for general carry application.

P345 holster
I have a P345 and had a holster made by kirkpatrick out of laredo, tx. It's their Texas Strong Side and it was only $59.00. I've bought several holsters from them, even holsters for older models. I would also recommend magazine pouches but not their belts, other wise 100% satisfied
