One of my FastFire III LED went out. Swapped batteries with a FastFire on a different gun I had with me, and the battery was fine in the other one.
Went to Burris website to see about a warranty and found a very nice "plain language" warranty. Printed the RMA form, boxed it up and sent it off USPS priority mail.
Seven days later I get an Email saying a package is on the way and and it arrived today as expected.
They simply sent me a new FastFire III. Mine broke, they replaced it, no hassles. This is the kind of thing that makes me buy with confidence!
