What's out there for these things guys?

I know Uncle Mike's makes one but there's no picture of it available, no one carries it, and it's only available from them. So I basically know nothing about it.

I've heard of Blade Tech? I think and Sidearmor who seems to be charging a bit much for a little piece of plastic. I use a WIlderness 3 stitch belt all the time so bowing shouldn't be an issue, but it's a big gun and I need to keep that grip concealed. Lately Mexican carry has actually been the most concealed I could ever imagine. Are there any that don't require the use of the belt, also? Thanks for your help!

Also, what kind of connector should I use anyways? I like the idea of being able to get a holster on and off easily and not have standard belt loops.

Comp-Tac Ghurka is something to consider, as far as price goes they don't exactly give them away, but is by far the best holster IWB holster I have found for my G19. It uses belt clips instead of loops, and is fairly easy to take on and off quickly. Well, easier than a holster with belt loops, but not as easy as a paddle holster. It could be worn without a belt in a pinch, not ideal, maybe, but doable. With the second clip it is very stable when worn with a belt.

Edited, it appears like the Ghurka would be better. So it's between the Ghurka, BladeTech, and SideArmor if I could ever reach them.

Bite the bullet and spend the bucks for a quality holster. You'll get years of service from the holster and the company. Don't try to get something on the cheap when it's gear for self defense.

Yeah well give me all options I guess, I might have to pick up pop cans it seems as they're all 60 and up excluding the Uncle Mike's which I'm not buying since they can't even provide info on their own product. Between Sidearmor, the BladeTech Looped, and the Comp Tac CTAC, right now. Someone else please chime in if any other quality ones are made.

I like fist. http://www.gunnersalley.com/category/holstersbymanufacturer.fistholsters/

The other holster i have is a G-Code, which is a kick ??? paddle holster that can be converted to IWB by buying "modules" I have that for my taurus PT92. I can't tell you how omfortable it would be IWB as i don't have the conversion....though i can tell you the bersa in the Fist K4 was very comfortable. Whatever you do, get a holster with a body shield.

Here is an option: RMHolsters

Check out the "Low-rider" IWB holster for $49.00. It doesn't state that it will fit a G21 specifically, but does say it can be molded for larger frame guns. Plus, it says it is wearable without a belt. Might be worth checking into.

Plus, the owner/maker is a regular on another gun board I hang out on and is one of the more knowledgable types regarding Glocks I have ran across.

Looks like it would pull right off my nylon belt when I'm pulling a 5 pound gun up.

I would highly recommend you check out the Ultra Concealment Rig from Threat Solutions. It is thin, comfortable, light weight, concealable and very fast in presentation. Oh, and it's affordable.

:)
I've got both the BELT LOOP OPEN TOP & PADDLE OPEN TOP UNCLE MIKES KYDEX and truly love both of them.
The paddle has been adjusted on angle and is worn cross draw on the left side and YES this is a RIGHT HAND holster.
The loop model is worn strong side.
Also have and sometimes use a MIL-SPEC from Germany which has a THUMB BREAK.

Switching over for partial use to SPEC-OPS double SUPER SHEATH for carrying extra mags. These can be used vertical or horizontal.

Natchez carries all this and I think I saved some money.

the kydex is a strong item here in the hot land of the state of Texas. May not be pretty, but it is compact and lasts without being bothered by moisture, sweat, rain, and things worse than that.

My GLOCK M-21 and I are happy.

I would also suggest that you try FIST holsters at www.fist-inc.com. They make almost every single version of their holsters in kydex that is much thinner than the other guys. Thier prices and customer service are great as well.

I would suggest either blade-tech.com or sidearmor.com & if you're gonna carry a Glock concealed, ALWAYS use a quality holster! A LEO friend of mine had an AD last year the one time she just grabbed her 17 w/o holster, put it in her purse & accidentally shot herself in the knee

Here's a vote for David at KyTac. I have several of his holsters and not only do they rock, but he is easy to deal with and has been great re: customer service.

The Braveheart is a great piece.

kydex holsters & canvas sheaths

THE UNCLE MIKES KYDEX HOLSTERS ARE STILL HOLDING UP WELL. lOVE THE PADDLE HOLSTER IN CROSS DRAW.
SPEC-OPS SUPER SHEATHS ARE OKAY AND WORK, BUT THE PRICE IS HIGH.
