Gouging is inflating the price above market value when there are no other competitors in the market. What is occurring is supply and demand economics.

This sign does not compute.

Remember guys, Supply and Demand is when you've got something to sell, and you want the top price you can get for it. Gouging is when you want to buy something, but the price is above what you're willing to pay.

[/sarcasm]

I love it when some of the people who complain the most about "gouging" when it comes to ammo and guns they want to buy, are the same people who plot to buy AR-15 parts just to have them on hand to sell for an enormous profit if they get banned and grandfathered.

Well, it's gonna get worse after the first of the year when the retail numbers come out for holiday shopping, and even worse yet after next years elections. Get it while it's hot, prices are only going to go up and availability will only go down. hmmm, supply and demand you say?

How about if you read it as "we reserve the right to limit ammo sales"- "none to go". As in you can't take any home?

Hmmm, people trying to find bullets? I have bullets, primers, casings, and powder.

I think this ammo scare is more than it is made out to be. I can fund 9mm, 44 Mag, .22LR and other calibers without much problem.

Yes. "Gouging" is a bogus term. It is the high price that stimulates increased supply.

Your right 21bubba. You have to shoot it all up before you leave the show.
