Lapua & Norma Ammo?

Does anyone know of any stateside retailers who sell either Lapua and/or Norma hunting ammo in 7.62x54R?

I saw a box of Norma in this caliber recently, for $38/20. Seemed extremely pricey to me. I was wondering if that's a normal price or this guy's had it on the shelf forever waiting to be sold at that price.

I buy a box of Norma once a year to help boost the GNP of the motherland It's extremely expensive stuff, but very high quality. $38 is actually on the low end. I've seen boxes up near $50. You're better off getting Norma or Lapua brass and loading your own. Midway carries both in 54R.

I'm one of those "try everything available and see what works best" types.

Plus, since one of the Mosins I'd consider using is a Finn M39, what better to shoot through it than made in Finland Lapua?

The Olympic Arms stuff is Berdan primed.
