Large rifle primers in .45ACP????

I would just shoot them.

Not recommended for precision target ammo. Probably not a good idea with maximum or near maximum loads.

At no extra charge, I've attempted to load primers a bit 'high' to test the idea of 'slam-fires' in a .45 ACP pistol (mostly Government Models of various vintages and variations) and have utterly failed in the attempt. Other folks may have succeeded, but none in my presence.

considering the fact you are not sure which 12 are them, that makes it difficult to be sure.

If your powder charge is not on the high end of the spectrum, I would send them and not worry about it.
