Large size folding knife recommendations

Upfront, I'm not the biggest knife guy, but I am interested in a "larger" size folding knife as all my folders atm are 2.5 inches.

While looking through the Cold Steel cataloge I saw the Voyager.



I like Cold Steel, but what other folders are out there with a 4-5 inch or longer blade? I like the tanto style, but will consider any type of blade.

While a lot of people like the Cold Steel Voyagers we've talked about big folders in the 4.5-5 inch blade length at times. The problem used to be that we'd all grump about how our state limited blade length to 4" or 3.5" or even 3" and marvel at California having no blade length restrictions so you can carry a 6" folder if you wanted, but these days Knife Rights has been knocking off blade length restrictions state after state (one of the latest being TX) so many more states don't restrict blade length at all or might have compromised at 5". Unless you are 110% certain you should always verify that your state allows carry of knives that you may be interested in.

Since we there's an interest in these big folders, the easiest way I've found to look for folding knives 4" and longer is to go to knifecenter.com and search for "folding" and then go to the bottom of the toolbar on the left and modify that search by setting minimum and maximum blade length you're interested in.
