Large Texas hog

    Shot this one this past weekend. Used a Rem 700 in .270 Win and 150gr Core-lokts.

    Didn't weigh him but he was hard to drag by hand from where I shot him to the edge of the field. The father in law used the tractor to move him from there.

    And apologies for not being able to post that link properly. It wouldn't work right from work so I had to try from the phone.Clearly I didn't get it right.

    Nice hog Nico, I sure hope to put a few like that down here in the next couple of weeks.

    That thing sure is a wooly bugger too...

    He looks like one I missed on the 4th of july over in Elgin. Hadn't had another chance at it yet:) Congrats thats a good hog!
