Laser Range finder going through airport scanner? Damage?

Well I guess the inlaws are worth something, I am leaving tommorrow for a hunting trip.


Would it damage my laser range finder if it I checked in my suitcase and it went through the scanner?

Should not. Computers go through all of the time, as do digital cameras.
