ive got a P220 that id like to equip with a decent laser. im noticing they range in price from 120-600ish dollars. the subcompact v2's price is right and looks like it would meet my needs.

do any of you have any experience with this unit? does .45 recoil effect the unit? ive also read that the windage/elevation screws are hard to turn and can be easily stripped using the supplied allen wrench. i dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on a laser, but i also dont want to just throw my money away on junk.

My experience hasn't been very promising but maybe i just got a lemon.. Could not get it to adjust POA, contacted customer service at laserlyte and they said they had a bad batch of wrenches go out. They sent me some replacement wrenches and those worked just fine. But now the laser cuts out from any force on the unit, ie tapping on the laser.. contacted them again and they said to send it in and they'D fix /replace it.. haven't sent it in yet, but i'd suggest keeping your distance from this one.. but again thats just been my experience
