Undoubtably this has been discussed to death and then some but..

It annoys me to see guns in movies that never run out of ammo(especially an 8-shot pistol firing upwards to 20 shots) and the bullets toss the body around like a rag-doll throwing them 30 feet and flipping them around as if they were weight-less.:banghead:

It's still a good movie, but could have been MUCH better without the exhaggerated action.

Last Man Standing overdoes it but, all I would like them to do is show the shooter reloading appropriatley, a couple of times, so that you get the idea that the shooter does have to reload. I don't expect or need them to show every reload that would be required in the movie. Id rather see more action then the constant reloading that would be required to make it completely realistic. well since all real-world violence happens because someone saw it on tv, it should be as realistic as possible, then these whacko's would realize their chances of walking away scott-free are very dim and be less inclined to commit the crime... right, if anyone just took that seriously, just go ahead and slap yourself.

I appreciate good action, but when it's completely over the top and ridiculous it ruins the movie for me

Yep.

The point of most Hollywood movies is to tell a compelling and entertaining story. Realism will always lose out to story.
