its twenty minutes after 3 pm and ive been in and out all day... my trigger finger has been itching all day.. the whole season ive had to put up with all sorts of bs from my neighbors kids, atvs rifle practice at sunset, yelling and a
lot of bad things all because i wont let them hunt on my acreage. i do so because they are dangerous loud and think they know everything there is to know about hunting, when in fact all they know is getting drunk, stoned and causing problems for others. the oldest son is a convicted felon and has no business with a firearm in the first place especially on my property. he asked if i was going to turn him in for possessing a firearm. .... i told him it was none of my business what he did, but under no circumstances was he to be on my land with a firearm . . . i dont need the liability if he hurts or kills someone by accident.. hmmm, the last two days of the season and ive yet to take one ,,,now its 3:33 pm and i'm still here , because the second i leave
i know the party will get started over across the way. well here goes im going to make the best of it anyway ..maybe i'll at least see a deer far off before the shooting starts up...hope everyone else had a good deer season this year...peace...:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Sounds like the solution to your bad neighbor would be to turn him in, a few more years in prison might do him some good.....not doing so is the same as giving him a wink and looking the other way.

I've been told any deer hunter worth his salt can over come weather, urban sprawl, other hunters, and his own inadequacies if he wants a deer bad enough. ("Adapt, improvise, overcome"....quote from Clint Eastwood/Heartbreak Ridge)

By implication then, if Bobby doesn't bag his deer then he just plain sucks at hunting. And not only that, but he really doesn't want to bag a deer. :neener:

What are the hunter harassment laws in your state? Can you prove they are behaving like they are purely to disrupt your hunt? If so, call the possum police and let them deal with it.

Doesn't matter who's land he's on....a convicted felon with a firearm is a felony.

Nothing implied regarding bobby n's hunting skill.....just saying Clint Eastwood wouldn't let some barnyard yahoo's stop him from getting a deer.

true i was referring to the hunter harassment laws

face it guys, i can't prove anything, exceot if he has the gun in his actual possession. he hides it in the barn, i sort of hid in the bushes and watched him hide it. but an anonymous tip hmmm. i might have to do some screwtinizing
