I downloaded the latest CDNN catalog today and noticed a couple of things:

1. It was shown as #3. I don't ever remember seeing a #2 for this year.

2. Am I mistaken, or weren't there ANY handguns in it? I got a great deal on my Model 65 from them. How can they be COMPLETELY without handguns??? I'd hate to think they've stopped selling them.

In the wake of recent events (VT and NASA) they are taking some time off from selling handguns.

I don't understand that, but it IS their business, and their choice.

Too bad, my son had $440 saved up, looking for a good police trade in.

I better go download it anyhow, that is always a fun catalog.;)

I received their printed catalog in the mail today. It is full of handguns (and in fact they dominate the front cover). Whatever policy they've adopted, it apparently hasn't stopped them from sending out printed catalogs with handguns.

Also, I bought an HK P2000 from CDNN a few days after the VT massacre.

Just ordered a hard to find SA MilSpec from them on Monday...expecting it tomorrow at my FFL. Keep up this "rumor" I still need to save up for the other one I was eye-ing.

[sarcasm]
CDNN is anti-gun! we should boycott them!
[/sarcasm]

I keep getting an internal error when I download the catalouge. Am I the only one?

The print catalog that everyone just got is 2007-2,there was no PDF version, the current catalog is 2007-3,if you don't download it,you'll probably get your print copy in about a month.

My question is why they keep listing the PF-9 when they have NONE in stock???It was in 2007-1,and now it's in 2007-3...:fire:

I got the printed in the mail today also it had handguns in it.

"Too bad, my son had $440 saved up, looking for a good police trade in."

Post what you are looking for and we can look in it for you. or you could just call them and ask 1-800-588-9500

may be print errors? they could've sent the wrong version to the printer, or set up the wrong PDF version.

I downloaded CDNN2007-3.pdf back on April 14. It's 140 pages long and is loaded with handguns. I downloaded it again today and it is only 114 pages long and has no handguns. Looks like they revised it after the VA Tech shootings.

I'm a little surprised to see CDNN taking a stance like this. Most of the other firearms they sell are potentially far more deadly than any of their handguns. I can kind of understand it if they're concerned about the media pointing to them as an example of "how easy it is to get any kind of evil automatic handgun you want," but it isn't really that easy to get guns from CDNN unless they happen to have your dealer's FFL on file.

I just downloaded catalog #3, and can confirm that it doesn't have a single handgun or EBR. They do have large-cap magazines of various kinds, and lots and lots of scopes, accessories, ammunition, and knives.

But only "sporting firearms."

I could order a print catalog, but I don't think I'll bother. :(
