thought abought trieng lee auto prime primer.Have rcbs and hornaday shellholders, will they work or will i have to get the lees shellhoders?

The lee hand primer is the best idea sinced sliced bread. i cant tell you how many thousands of primers I have in stalled with this litttle jewel I clean mine from time to time and pit a little gun grease on the little cam and away we go for anothe thousand or so,, I get a true feel of the correct seating of the primer. Ive crushed some primers with it military crimp brass but never had one blow up but always wear saftey glasses as The lord only gave me two good eyes!

The only problem I have with the Lee Auto Prime is my wife & daughters can't seat a primer 100% all the time . . . I can use it just fine.
She sizes/deprimes just fine though.
I don't know how it compares to other brands but the auto prime allows 1 reloading step away from press. The feel is pretty good.

I have smashed a couple in there sideways and they didn't blow up,my old Lee hand primer is 15 years old and still going strong.
