I've got an old 12 ga Lee Shotshell Loader, but the load sheet is not with it, and would probably be out of date anyway. The current Lee Reloading manual doesn't have any shotshell data-just metallic cartridges. I want to use the Lee powder dippers, but I can't seem to find a chart for their use; the only chart I do find is the bushings VMD for the Load-All.

Is there a listing somewhere, or is there a conversion available from Load-All VMD to dipper?

If you goto LEE PRECISION (www.leeprecision.com ) then goto their " LEE POWDER MEASURE KIT" FOR $8.98 US . The kit has a slide rule that gives the capacities of the scoop measures with different powders. Find a powder, find number of grains needed, find a scoop. One CAUTION the old scoops are in I believe cubic inch capacity and the new ones are in cubic centimeter capacity . So it would be a good idea to get the kit and not just the slide rule from parts for the powder measure kit. GOOD LUCK.

Mr. Anti-Bubba,
If you will post the scoop number, perhaps we can tell you appropriate charges. You likely have two scoops, powder and shot. Is your loader a 2¾" or 3" or 3½"? The early metallic scoops are not commonly found nowadays; the old black ones are,as said above, graduated in cubic inches and the newer ones in cubic centimeters. With appropriate powders, they all can be used.
Cheers from Darkest California,
Ross
