Lee Molds...is anyone as impressed by them as I am?

I own and use about a dozen lee moulds. Some of them cast real nice. A couple have been ornery and wouldn't drop the bullets without considerable whacking of the handle pivot bolt. Those I had to either lap or otherwise remove a burr on the cavity edges.

I've also had one that had the sprue pivot screw strip and need modification with a through bolt. It now works well.

I've had the handle retaining pin back out during casting and require restaking to retain it. As well as having the old style alignment pins back out.
Also have had a sprue cutter that was dull enough it wouldn't cut and needed fixing.

Oh, don't forget to keep your Phillips screwdriver handy when casting.

Yep, I use lee moulds. I remind myself of the sweet deal I got them for occasionally and it helps.
