Can someone tell me the difference between Lee Pacesetter dies and the Lee Deluxe dies? They are both 3 die sets and are only $3 difference...the Pacesetters are in stock and the Deluxe isnt..but if they can both be used on the same presses, whats the difference?

Pacesetter: Full length sizing die; Seating die; Factory crimp die.

Deluxe: Full length sizing die; Collet neck size die; Seating die.

If you are loading for a bolt action the neck size die is handy. If you are loading for a semi-auto you need to full length resize most always.

The Pacesetter doesn't come with a shellholder, dipper or load chart for dipper use. I think that's the difference but I could be wrong.

I'm afraid so.....both have shell holders and dippers. The third die in the set differs....on the one hand you get the Factory Crimp die, on the other you get the Collet Neck Sizer. For AR's get the Pacesetter.
The best source of information is from the "horse's mouth" :)

FWIW I will get a set of RGB dies as a backup for my full die set as I have the spare money. There have been lots of times I have just gone to the other die rather than fix a problem in the middle of a reloading session. Also I can use the different seating dies set up to different bullets and not have to adjust them as often.
