I have a Lee 3 hole auto indexing press that is not indexing right. I looked at the web site and couldn’t find the replacement parts. Anybody know where I could find some? I know, I know…………. Jack it up high enough to get a Dillon under it right!! LOL I have two Dillons and never have any problems them but the Lee was a gift and the only way I have of loading 40 S&W’s, or the only way I “had”.

If you put a wrench on the indexing rod, you can adjust the indexing nut and where the turret hits the little detante at each station. That is for a turret.

For the Pro1000, not sure what you have, there is an indexing adjustment screw under the shellplate.

Both of these are in the instructions, but you might have to look close. I missed the turret adjustment instruction myself and found it on the second pass. Lee documents are very busy and a challenge to scan sometimes.

Go to the Lee Precision website, and there is a clicky icon called "Service parts" near the price for the press itself. Clicking that will take you to the parts listing. If all else fails, call Lee directly, they are very helpful on the phone.
Here's the service parts URL for the three-hole turret press:
