Always, always check powder measures, and auto throwers with a scale. Never ever take things for granted.

- The adjustable charge bar doesn't meter consistently for small loads (like 4.0 grains of Bullseye), probably because of the long narrow shape of the cavity.

There is a simple fix for the adjustable charge bar here. Go down to about the 6th post, the one with the large photos. It worked for me.

The metering is more consistent if you tap on the AutoDisk powder reservoir for several seconds after filling it, to get the powder to settle.

I have never had to do that to get consistant throws. Just the vibration of the turret cycling through the other three dies seems to be enough to get very consistant powder throws for me.

Maybe they aren't using a turrent press. I don't, but then I also do not tap the side of the reservoir either, and I still get accurate throws.

Using a Pro 1000 with Pro Auto Disk ... no tapping required for consistent charges.
