I figured the legal forum to be the place for this, so here goes:

I just finished doing so and see it as important as my lifetime membership in the NRA. Oleg has contributed a LOT of time and effort to OUR 2nd Amendment and I feel that it was the least I could do.

If the powers that be (currently) on THR see their position as being legally and morally correct, then they will not be threatened by this effort, as they can be sure of victories in the court of law and public opinion.

How many different ways can the MODS say "This issue will not be discussed on this board" before you realize that what they really mean is "This issue will not be discussed on this board" ?

I'm also glad to know who the sheep are, Treo. You must learn to question everything if you wish to be truly free. Most of us don't want real freedom, just comfort. I suspect you are one of those.

LanternLad - part of why THR is so successful is because our members look after the board, and make efforts to corral any off-topic or otherwise off-mission threads. So before going after Treo, you might want to take a second and look at what he's trying to keep from happening here.

Actually, that's not quite true, it's just what certain mods would have you believe. Do the search yourself:

Edit: I will add that arguing about it, or calling certain people ugly names (even deservedly) doesn't help matters.

Truthfully, I've not seen one statement from the mods saying that. What I have seen is that folks should follow the rules of THR. If you are not familiar with them I suggest you acquaint yourself with them. I on the other had, have been here since 12/24/2002 and am QUITE familiar with the rules. There is no prohibition against helping out a forum member, unless that changed along with control of this forum.

1. The mods aren't helping anybody do anything, other than tiry to calm silly, idle speculation.

2. Nobody stole nuthin' from nobody. Arguing an issue is hardly stealing. The website's up and running. Sorta hard for it to have been stolen.
