Legal to have ammunition shipped to Tn?

Not sure where to post this, It is a legality question so I figured this might work?

Tennessee has an ammunition tax, I live in Tn.
I was wanting to order some ammunition but wasn't sure if it was legal to buy ammunition from out of state, and have it shipped to Tennessee.

It's not a problem, although I was surprised to see sales tax for the first time on an order from Wideners (I used to live in Texas and forgot)... But any of the other places I've ordered from recently didn't include it. Wideners is in TN.
