OK. I can legally buy drum mags for a 1928 Thompson.
My friend in Spain can legally own Thompson drum mags.
Assuming he can legally receive them via Spanish mail (he is confirming his end), is it legal for me to ship Thompson drum mags overseas via the USPS?

I believe there are special export rules for firearms and firearms accessories that you may want to check as well.

Check with Customs and Border Protection and explain it all to them. Better safe than sorry.

Requires a Form 6 export permit, good luck with that on a thompson drum.
