legaly transferable glock 18 w/a class 3?

Is there any glock 18 pistols which are legaly transferable under the NFA act? In effect registered before may 1986? I've heard . If so where can I find one and whats the going rate for one? I am going to be applying for my class 3 permit and understand I must have a weapon bought before submitting the paperwork. But as a sidenote what about a legaly converted glock 17 registered before may 1986? I've seen pics of them on the internet with the exact same selector switch as the g18. Any help would be great guys thanks.

By no means take this as gospel, but I don't believe that there is such a thing as a Glock 18 that can be owned by US civilians. I could very well be wrong but I don't think that I am. After all, I don't think that any Glocks were even in the country AT ALL prior to 1986, were they?

It is my understanding that the Glock 18 can only be possessed and transfered between law enforcement agencies, the military and holders of a class 3 FFL. I have not seen one EVER!!! My FFL, who has a class 3 licence and is a registered international arms dealer has been trying to obtain one for quite a while with no success, to include in his rental gun collection. He can get a Squad Assault Weapon (and did), but not a G18!!!!
