Which is the SRP?

OK, clipped from the 1911 Forums....

"SRP
BearCoat finish , 2 1/2 in guarantee, 20lpi checkered flat housing.
3 8rd mags 3dot night sights. complete gun rounded for tactical
tested with hydra-shok and golden sabre, wooden presentation box
with glass lid.Available as a commanche"

I would say the TRS, instead, and here's why: A trainer acquaintance is a HUGE 1911 dude. (No, he aint just portly.) Anyway, he's got like a dozen so-called high end 1911s, is a tuner, trainer, a real shooter. One day he found an LB TRS and that was it. I imagine his has the 1.5" guarantee, but he has found his 1911 soul mate.

What trips your trigger about the SRP?

The SRP is a very cool pistol but I have no use for an ambi safety or a goofy $250 box so there are much better choices from Baer.

Monolith Commanche Heavyweight. It's aaaaallllll business and solid enough to beat my way through a brick wall with it. Plus it doesn't have the front serrations like the full size monolith has, I don't like how those look.
