Nice collection of milsurps Tempest 455

I really like the K31 with the troop tag, just this last January I spent a week staying in Renens less than 2 km from street on the tag.

Argentine 1909 Mauser and a sample of what it typically groups with Prvi ammo.

Persian Mauser and a target I did one time. First group shot low and next notch up too high with 196gr but 170gr hits dead center.

Yugoslavian 24/47 Mauser, shoots high with 196gr but a decent but accurate enough.

Garand 4.2 serial range Springfield and a target from one time which this one is not the best it can do. When I do my part right it does usually more in the 3inch range with 8 shots with HXP ammo and sometimes better. The thing about HXP ammo is a different lot can change accuracy and impact of groups by a couple inches. I think muzzle ware is around 2 on this one if I remember.

Some amazing guns in this thread. My C&R collection is very humble so far but it will eventually grow.

I also have a 1942 Izhvesk 91/30 in jail, I will have it in my hot little hands on June 2.

Hello friends and neighbors // Some very nice examples of World History are displayed here, thanks to you all for turning my head this way.

You folks make taking pictures of long guns look easy.
Here are a few of my bottom shelf shooters, all American made but possibly with world history.

Gewehr 88/05, made in 1892. It still sees coyote duty!

My go-to, a very precise-for-the-type M91/30 that I've Finned myself. Two stage Finned trigger, but with bearings instead of pins, one of my front sights, shimmed receiver, pressure point on the barrel near the end with the rest floated, sub-MOA capable with me usually doing 1.5 to 2.5MOA when I shoot it:
