For those looking for a good scope with an illuminated reticle, I think this is a good deal. I'm not buying because I already have two of them and don't need more.

They also have Bushnell XRS II at a great price, and the Bushnell DMR II at a good price.

I don't need any scopes either, but I noticed both of those as well as the Leupold Mark IVs last week.

While I agree that this is a very good deal on an excellent scope, I don’t believe it has an illuminated reticle. I quote from specifications :

Still, a good deal. I like mine.

I had a pair of those I got used for the same price. I was suitably impressed with them, tho I didn't keep either.

You are right it does say that but when I posted the link I got through my email, I'm quite sure it said "illuminated reticle." I went back to my email and tried to get back to that page and it said it had been "reset" so there is no way for me to check it.

Problem with those is Leupy mixed moa and mil on reticle and knobs.
A really screaming deal is over at Natchez Shooter Supply in the Weaver 3-15 Tactical. $499 for a scope that listed for over 1k in 2010. Made by LOW in Japan.

Didn't Leupold announce some time ago that it would no longer sell Mark 4 scopes to the general public? If so, did it rescind its decision?

Those scopes are old inventory that Midway has.

I have that exact Leupold Mk4 4.5-14x50 with duplex reticle

That’s a great deal on a really good scope

I believe the military used the fixed-power 10x Leupold Mark 4. Maybe that was what the company put an embargo on.

It was all Mk4’s, including this model. The theory that this is probably old inventory is likely correct.
