Leupold sx1 vs Kowa 661

I want to buy my first spotting scope, it will be used primarily for observation and digiscoping. So the main thing I am looking for is clarity. My budget is about 600$. I am stuck between leupold's sx1 ventana 20-60x80 and Kowa's TSN 661.
