I just gotta ask. Why hasn't anybody suggested a 41 magnum?


Awesome round and since he reloads it'd work out great! A little pricier than .357 or .44 but still a great option.

And since someone's bound to ask, .22 mag, .357, 45 colt, .41 mag, 30-30, 35 Remington. I have pistols for the first 3 but not for the last 3. Just haven't found a .41 mag pistol I'm happy with yet.

While I really like a Marlin1894C/S&W 581 combo, the 41 mag will do all with better balistics and less flash/bang and recoil.

My combo is a Dan Wesson and Marlin in .357. If you're worried about bears, take the plunge to .44 mag. If you don't reload, then go for .357.

I have a REAL MATCH..no photos but links..same caliber and manufacturer.
A 45C Thunderbolt by Taurus and a Gaucho 45C revolver. I have them both.
