Gripplates.com or bumper sticker

Bioyatexas,

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. So thank you. I'm glad you thought so highly of my idea to attempt whatever it is you are attempting.

Do you have any designs of your own or do you have any that I have not done yet? I think you copied them directly from Gripplates.com

This is all very High Road of you. You could at least give credit where credit is due.

eights and aces

Horsesoldier,
I have an eights and aces design in the works. I was researching which exact cards were used. There is some discrepency about which cards were in the hand.
I do spend the time to perfect them graphically. I also like them to be accurate in other ways. I have about 3 pages of designs back logged on my list.
I also do custom logos and designs. One thing for sure is you can never predict what will be popular. I'm often suprised at what someone that I know personally likes.

I have seen your site and you have some cool stuff.
And your right about flattery... Its not like this is an
original idea is it.
Anyways, I was just playing with some ideas.
Oh and BTW Mine are either stainless or anodized aluminum
so they have a little substance as well.

btw do you know who originally did this and how long ago it was?

Mike Clark here:
Actually Gripplates are damn original. You are the first to say otherwise. As far as I know it was me with the idea and it was a lot longer than 3 days ago. But hey let me know if you think I'm wrong.

Gripplates have all the substance they need. If you are an engraver you should very well know that I can do them out of aluminum or stainless also. It should also be obvious why that is not the best choice.

I think you could have gone about it a bit differently. But thanks for your compliments.

I have been a member here for some time. In this time I have not used this forum to sell anything or push my agenda. I also am not into contest d'urination. I will not put my name or URL in non-related post.
