Well the grips are way to small for my mitts, anyone know where I can get some nice BIG grips? I was wondering if I paid a good price ($450) as well. Also anyone know where I can get a nice carry rig for it (plan on taking it for backup gun on bear hunt)??

Really just taking the opportunity to show off my new pistol I reckon.... LOL

I like Hogue wood grips myself. Badger and Eagle also offer some nice oversized wood grips. I don't like rubber anyway, but it will definitely snag on clothing - something to think about.

Those look like Pachymers to me. If so then yeah, I found them to be too thin as well. They are wide enough front to back but just too thin side to side. Either some nice wood grips or some Hogues will be a nice addition.

There's a dealer on the 'bay out in the south pacific area somewhere that has some rather nice looking exotic hardwood ones for S&W's. Good prices too. May be worth a look. I'm thinking of getting a set but being a wood working hobbyist myself I just can't bring myself to buy wood work from someone when I can have the fun of making a set myself.

Without going to a custom grip, the largest grip I found were the Jordan Trooper grips offered by Herrets. Pachmyer also had a Jordan grip. Bill Jordan had some big hands!
