LL Bean Bison boots

I was thinking of getting a par of these boot, they look like they would be a good par of hunting boots. Has eny one tryed thes boot ? I notice that they said you should buy them a size small? I think that is was kind of odd. The one I was looking at is called a "bean boot". It haas a leather upper with a rubber lower sole.

They have their place, but it depends where/how you hunt. They can be slippery in the snow, and they have very little foot padding - you can feel each stone or branch you step on. Otherwise, comfortable and light and do not collect as much junk as a lug sole.
