I've shot the Llama .380 in the past. It points nicely and shoots well. I'd be hesitant to buy one though. Llama is no longer in business and parts might be hard to come by. Llama has had some quality control issues over the years and the company has changed hands a number of times. You don't really know what you're going to end up with. I own an older (early '70's) Llama .38 super that has been flawless, so I'm not down on Llama, just realistic.
In the same price range, I think the Bersa with it's lifetime warrantee is a better deal. They're really sweet shooters too. Visit bersatalk.com for more info from a bunch of nice folks who own them. I own a Bersa .45 and couldn't be more pleased!
The CZ-52 is a great gun. It's sure big though. It's fun to shoot and pretty accurate. They really need a trigger job to get the most from them though, as they have horrid, gritty, creepy and heavy triggers. I love mine and wouldn't trade it for anything. It would probably fit your large hand perfectly, but it's too big to conceal easily if that's a consideration.
