Load data for 7.62x54r and reloader 15

I don't have a load book that lists the 7.62x54r. Wondering if anyone could give me a start and max load for the 150 grain bullet and reloader 15 powder. From what I can find it looks like the Lyman manual has some data? If so I guess a new manual is in my future.
