Loading manuals, case preparation?

When the various loading manuals are worked up, do they use a brand new case for each loading? Do they do any sizing (partial, full length, neck)? Anyone know for sure?

In my expirience, if you call them they will tell you. Almost all of them are extreemly open about information.
