I have a Lee 365-95-1R 9mm Makarov (365 Diameter) 95 Grain mold on the way. I will be using Starline brass, Federal SPP and WW alloy.
Will load 'as cast', no sizer for this diameter.
I have several powders suitable for the Makarov, including, Unique, Bullseye, 700x, Titegroup, and maybe others . . .
So my questions are:
Wax lube (I have) or Powder coat (never done it, no equipment)?
Your Favorite Powder and weight?

I rarely need to size any cast pistol bullets from Lee molds, they always worked fine for me as-cast (straight COWW) and lightly tumble lubed with thinned liquid Alox. As long as they chamber/plunk there should be no problem shooting them as they drop from the mold.

And I found my notes from testing that same bullet, the best (most accurate) load for my son's PA63 pistol was 3.0 - 3.2gr of TiteGroup (started at 2.6 and went up to 3.4) #2 was Bullseye 3.2-3.4gr
Not sure if it matters much, but we couldn't get 9x18 brass so we used 9mm Luger brass that was expanded with the 9x18 expander first and then trimmed to 18mm.

Think I would cast them and see what diameter they are and then decide on coating or more traditional lube.

Please let us know how they drop for you as I'll likely be following in your footsteps down the road on this.

All I have is new Starline brass, have not come across any mil-surp or factory loads. Though I would probably buy one box to try, I don't generally shoot much except my loads.
