Alright I have been stuck in the house and my shop due to the weather but since it has got better I have developed the fever. I have about 400 pounds of wheel weights that need to be turned into ignots or just melted down. I have a LEE 10 pound electric pot but lets face it with all that many WW's it will not do. So I am faced with the decision of getting the ladel and bean pot that I used when I first started casting out. I always used a coal fire I know GLOBAL WARMING I am killing mother earth but the lead had to be melted. So I do not feel like making a fire so I have the portable camp stove. So my question is if I keep the flame going good and strong will the cast iron pot stay hot enough to keep the lead at a liquid state?
