I vote the P3at. I was very surprised at how well I could get it into my hand. I've got somewhat large hands and was worrying about getting a good grip. I find it to be a very accurate short range pistol.

Very easy to carry. I also shoot a Glock 23 and a P-11. With these as my yardstick, the P3at recoil seems fine. I generally shoot a box at a time and could shoot more but have other guns to shoot :) .

Good luck with what every you decide on.

I've been considering a P3AT as well, for pocket carry, but theres no one around I know that has one for me to "test" out. :(

You must be a Bulldog......:p

Seriously though, NAA has a great set of pistols and mini revolvers. Very hard to find in gunshops though, as they sell pretty quickly. I grabbed my .380 as soon as I saw it.

Good Luck

It depends on your plans for the gun. The Bersa is not a pocket gun. The P-3AT is. The Bersa is the better gun. It's larger and heavier, has a longer barrel and much better sights (especially than the 2nd gen P-3AT). It will not carry anywhere near as easily though. For any kind of shooting, the Bersa will serve much better. For carrying without much likelihood (one hopes) of shooting, the tiny Kel-Tec is utterly unbeatable.
