Just looking for any suggestions on range bags.
Likes/dislikes. Favorite brands and models.
I'm looking for a two handgun type.
I've also seen a few improvised type bags out there(not marketed as range bags), any ideas on that.

My vote goes to I-shot. I have one of their pro shooters bags and it works great. The owner is a great guy to deal with and a TFL alum. He designed the bag over a period of 8 months by asking around on various forums what we thought the perfect range bag should be.

The bag is reviewed by Flint Hansen in the June 2003 SWAT magazine.

I've been using the Green Mountain bag for the last 10 years. It's the best bag I've ever owned. It's got tons of room inside, movable dividers for the main compartment, side pockets, front pockets, pouches, etc, etc. It's absolutely top quality and highly customizable. I just don't think you can get a better bag.
 
I've got a Dillon that I am happy with. A bunch of guys have done it another way- they bought buckets, I think the 5 gallon ones. Throw a pocketed skirt around it and a tray, hey it works.
 
If you haven't already made a decision, I'll throw up a second vote for I-SHOT. Never mind that we are authorized dealers for I-SHOT, I base this recommendation on personal experiences.

They make an awesome bag for the money. It's probably the most well designed bag I've seen yet. The owner of I-SHOT is a TFL alum and an avid handgun shooter. For 12 months or so, he solicited feedback from other shooters and then designed the bag line around that input.

Take a look at them, you won't be disappointed. Someone has already posted the link, so I won't repeat it.

I have a Bagmaster (forget which model) and a Dillon. The Dillon is heavier construction but I don't especially like the layout. The insides of the Bagmaster are pretty much trashed but I still use it mostly and don't worry about ruining it.

I agree with the others about the I-shot. I checked them out at this years SC IDPA state match (they were a vendor and match sponsor). They look like a very good bag. I-shot will probably be my next bag.
 
I just use a backpack. With my long gun case and my backpack it looks like I'm to band practice.

I picked up a tool bag from Home Depot. It was $19. It is pretty durable, has numerous pockets and is water resistent. It does a pretty good job if you are not looking to spend a lot of money.
 
I made this one for under $40. Only down side to it is the fact you still need a bag for eye & ear protection, ammo, ect...
