Range bags?

go to wal-mart, target, home depot, lowe's or the like and pick up a soft tool box or duffel bag of sorts and save yourself some serious cash.

Ditto here. I used my old daypacks which I used to carry my books in college but recently just picked up a big toolbox at Lowe's for ~$12. I see no need for one of the expensive range bags. But, if one float your boat, so be it.

Picked up a tool bag at Home Depot for $15. Looks good, feels strong. Everything inside plus a couple pistols. Waiting to see if the new spotting scope I'm ordering will get inside too. If so, I'm good to go with one thing to tote (when no long guns go) to range instead of three or four. If the scope doesn't make it, I may go a little bigger. Best part: either way I'm only out fifteen bucks and this bag will easily get used for something else. Zipper pulls not set up to use a lock easily, but then again never plan on having it out of my sight when in use.

I just received my iShot bags(1 large and 1 small) and I couldn't be happier! The bag design and build quality is A++++ material! Just got back from the range and this bag sure beats the backpack I was using before!

since my old bag is getting small i picked up an i-shot bag. these have gotten good reviews, it comes in a color besides black(green), which is rare for "gun" stuff , and the price($50) can't be beat.

i really liked the removable inside bag, the mag holders and the other pad to lay my pistols on. really like the fact it's not black! it doesn't look like i'm going on a raid to the neighbors.

i also picked up a plano storage box for ammo. like the surplus ammo cans but plastic with a tray. i've been stuffing my ammo in my bag and it gets pretty heavy and a pain to take in and out of the truck. helps free up space in my bag too.
