Looking for a comparison picture of a taurus 85 or even SW snubbie compared to an auto pistol; 1911 or Glock or any auto pistol. Trying to get an idea size wise.
 
thanks. is the 92 a full size? the wheel gun is definitely shorter but overall allmost as tall.
 
I didn't notice it before, but that is a 92 compact. If you look closely you can read it on the slide. Sorry 'bout that.
 
Thats ok I was hoping it was much smaller than a full size and a compact comparison is fine. thanks.
 
Keep in mind that the 940's grip in that picture has three finger grooves. Many (if not most) pocket snub-noses are sold with two-finger grips, making the height even less of a concern.
