I remember reading a lot about the ramifications/responsibilities of CC on a forum about 3 years ago, when I first got my permit to carry. An very informative type forum that was loaded with good threads about "what if" situations a legally armed citizen may find himself in. Many of the people on the forum were CCW instructors in various states and really seemed to know the law as to when to shoot and when to not shoot.
The answers to described situations sometimes really surprised me. Anyone know what it was? I was thinking it was Packing.org, but if it was, then it's changed a great deal.
