Howdy!

I just bought a very nice CZ 45 (.25 ACP) at the Beinfeld Antique Arms show here in Sin City today. It's about 95%, but it needs a magazine (the one in it was not for a CZ).

I found a listing for them at Marstar in Canada and will check with them tomorrow, but does anyone have a clue wherelse I might search? I do know that the magazines for the Intratec Protec 25 and the current CZ 92--not imported into the U.S.--will also fit, so anyone have a thought where I might get one of these?

I've checked GunsAmerica, GunBroker and Auction Arms. No joy at any of them. I've also listed here under "Buy Sell Accessories"

Thanks!

Candr44:

The CZ 92 is a VERY COOL pocket pistol that CZ currently sells in other countries, but not the U.S. It is an updated version of the CZ 45--both the CZ 45 and the CZ 92 are in .25 ACP. Here is a pic of the CZ 92

Ever since the Gun Control Act of 1984, small pocket pistols have not been allowed to be imported.

CZ45s are neat, what did you have to give? I hope you talked them down due to bad/no mag.. I've avoided the Intratec, heard of too many problems. Triple K mags in San Diego makes mags for like everything, I'd try them out.

I gave a little under $200 for it. I'll post a picture when I get a chance. I'm trying to figure out how to field strip it, but it's eluding me right now. Any thoughts??

I don't know how to strip a Czech:) but I suppose you could try www.czforum.com

I like the DA only for a pocket pistol and they are so slim. I passed Tecs at well less than 100 in their heyday and I passed a NIB example at 100 recently.
