Looking for tacticool, not silly shootgun

Hey all,
I want a semi auto 3" 12ga, something like a 22-24" barrel, vent rib/bead, conventional shoulder stock, and a big mag. I definitely don't want something with a pistol grip, tons of rails, ghost ring sights, rifle style sights, comp, box mags, russian accent, weight, scope, red dot, and all the other crap that gets in the way of a fighting shotgun's greatest asset, which is the ability to point and shoot like, well, a shotgun!
I'm not concerned about having a "cycle any weight load" semi-auto, I reload and can make practice rounds that will cycle the shotgun no problem.
Just looking for suggestions on different makes/models that fit the basics-are-better approach I take with shotguns.

Mossberg 930 Home Defense or Turkey, although the Turkey model will be ported.

Plain simple, bead front sight, accepts magazine extensions and anything else you want. Drop adjustable stock, nice recoil pad and about $500 if you shop around.

That, or any of the Benellis, look at what alot of the fast 3 gunners are using, they are just about exactly what you describe.

CZ 712 Utility with a Nordic mag ext. it's the most reliable semi-auto I've ever owned.

Possibly a Mossberg 930 JM Pro. I use one for 3 gun and it has a 24" barrel with a 9+1 capacity.

I've been toying around with this idea too, but probably won't make anything of it for quite sometime.

Right now, the most attractive gun for me would be a 20 guage Benelli M2 with the comfort-tech stock, and either a 24" or 26" barrel. Their website states a 6lb weight, which would be sweet. A mag-extension, and a big glow-in-the-dark bead would be just about perfect for my wants...

Shoulder and dry fire your potential choices, before you pay for one. With shotguns fit and balance make the most difference. You are probably not going to shoot it from a rest. Especially look at the length of pull, the forend grip, safety, the buttpad, and the sights. Also depends on your plans; you can shoot skeet with a nice one. All in all, Benelli if money is no object. Strictly on topic, they do not get any more tacticool than a Saiga/Molot. Those are more spartan in handling.

I passed on a beat up old benelli that fit this bill for $600. Still kinda kickin myself. In my experience Siaga's just don't work all that well, plus they're full of all the junk that gets in the way of a shotgun being a shotgun.

FN SLP - 18-inch barrel. SLP Mark I - 22-inch barrel. Both come with extended magazines and top rails so you can mount a red dot sight if you want one.
