Looking to load 500 S&W

I'm going to load up some 500 S&W. I came across load data that says use long rifle primers, and another load data that says use long rifle magnum primers. Both sets of data uses H-110, and LIL Gun powders.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

Perhaps you should re-group and learn the proper terminology for handloading.

I've been using Winchester Large Rifle and 296 (same data as H110).

No problemo.

Many cases, like the Hornady ones I'm currently using for 500 have a little "R" between the Harnady and the 500 S&W lettering for rifle. I use WLR primers and H110 with good results.

I use Federal 210M primers, H110 and Starline brass. The best bullet I've found for my Encore is the Sierra 400 gr. Sportsmaster bullet which gives me 1 to 1.5 inch 100 yard 3 shot groups.
