I'm happy to be able to announce the opening of a new firearms related forum called Louder Than Words. The forum is the brainchild of many fine craftsmen and was worked into a collaboration between some of the countries most talented custom gunsmiths and holster makers. This is a forum more or less dedicated to the “custom†realm of the firearms industry and so far it includes member such as Ted Yost and Lew Bonitz from the Yost-Bonitz shop, Chuck Rogers, Ned Christiansen, Don Williams, John Harrison, Lou Alessi, CT Brian, Stan Chen, Matt DelFatti, Josh Bullman, Gary Brommeland, and more. But it gets better...

Louder Than Words has a purpose too… Part of the idea of gathering this much talent in one place was to give back a little and what a better way to give back than combining the talents of these fine craftsman to, on occasion, build a one of a kind custom gun to be auctioned off with all the proceeds going to worthwhile charities that help support the firearms industry. To quote for the LTW mission statement...

“LTW is founded on the idea of "giving something back." The founding members all agree that they have benefited from the custom gun business, and joined together to create a means for passing on some of those benefits to others.

At the same time, LTW seeks to promote excellence in finely crafted custom firearms. For centuries, extremely gifted artisans have created fine heirlooms, which are proudly passed down through generations. LTW pays tribute to those artisans, and aspires to carry on their tradition of distinction in craftsmanship and artistry.

LTW member gunsmiths collaborate and build one of a kind, custom firearms crafted to the very highest standards of quality and innovation. All labor is donated by the member gunsmiths. Funds raised from the disposition of these pieces are donated to worthy charities which positively touch individual lives on a daily basis.â€

So if you’re interested in participating on a forum dedicated to custom firearms and while interacting with some of today’s greatest talents in both custom guns and gun leather please stop by and check out Louder Than Words.
